How it works

One visit to drop off. One to pick up.

  1. Bring them in

    Boxes, albums, slide trays, video tapes and film reels. Bring them as they are.

  2. We sort it with you

    We go through your prints, slides and negatives with you and give you an estimated price. Film is measured and quoted when you bring it in.

  3. We digitize them here

    We take great care of your memories. Your prints, slides, negatives and tapes never leave our property.

  4. Pick them up

    Two or three weeks later you collect your files, with all of your originals.

The small print, up front.

  • Scanning orders have a service fee

    $15 per print scanning order and $20 per slide and negative order. It covers safe handling, physical and digital storage, quality checks and packaging.

  • Your files come on a USB drive

    Scanned prints, slides and negatives are returned on a USB drive. Video tapes go to DVD or MP4 file, and for MP4 files the cost of a USB thumb drive is added to your order.

  • Film is priced by the foot

    You do not need to know how much film you have. We measure it when you bring it in and give you a quote, at 24 cents a foot.

  • Restorations are priced by print size

    $69.99 for prints 8x10 and smaller, and $89.99 for larger prints, ready in 7 to 10 days.

Can I bring everything in at once?
Yes. Bring your prints, slides, negatives, tapes and film together, and we will go through them with you.
How long does it take?
Print scanning, slide and negative scanning and video and film transfers take two to three weeks. Photo restorations take 7 to 10 days.
Do my originals leave the store?
No. Your prints, slides, negatives and video tapes never leave our property, and all of your originals are returned to you.
Do I need to sort everything first?
No. Bring your photos in boxes, albums or trays. We sort through them with you and give you an estimated price for your project.
How do I get my files?
Scanned prints, slides and negatives come back on a USB drive. Video tapes and film can be saved to DVD or MP4 file.
What does it cost?
Print scanning starts at $0.39 a print, slides start at $0.69 a slide, video tapes are $15 a tape, film is 24 cents a foot and restorations start at $69.99. See each service page for full prices.
